Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who visits or applies through talentenvoy.com. Continuing to use the site shows that you accept them; if you cannot accept them, please leave the site.
Operator and contact
The site is operated by TalentEnvoy of Mudgee, New South Wales, for people living in Australia. Write to careers@talentenvoy.com, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm AEST. In these terms, "we", "us" and "TalentEnvoy" refer to that operator.
Defined words
"Role" means a position described on the site. "Employer" means the business that offers a Role. "Applicant" means a person who completes the application form. "Referral" means sending an Applicant's details to the Employer of the Role that Applicant chose.
Our service and its limits
TalentEnvoy describes Roles, accepts applications and makes Referrals, and does nothing more. We do not employ Applicants. Completing the form does not create employment, a contract for services or an agency between you and TalentEnvoy. Any agreement reached after a Referral is made directly between you and the Employer.
Role information
Each Role is written from details the Employer gave us when it was listed. Employers may fill, alter or close Roles without telling us in advance. A Role may therefore be closed when you apply, and a Referral is not an offer of work.
Applying
Complete the form, then send the WhatsApp message it opens for you. The application is not finished until that message has been sent. Anyone unable to use WhatsApp may apply by writing to careers@talentenvoy.com instead.
Applicants do not pay
TalentEnvoy takes no payment from Applicants for any reason. We do not sell materials or starter packs, collect bonds, sell credits or top-ups, charge to view or unlock a Role, or require money before wages are paid. A request for payment that uses our name is not from us and should be reported.
Employment terms
Pay rates, hours and pay dates are decided by the Employer. Before beginning, obtain the Employer's written confirmation of its registered business name, the duties, the rate, the expected hours and the pay schedule. A summary from us, or a spoken promise, is not a substitute.
Adverts that differ from the site
Tell us if a TalentEnvoy advert does not match what the site says, and we will correct the one that is wrong. General wording in these terms does not override a specific statement made in an advert.
Handling of your information
The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and who receives it. By submitting the form you accept that your details will be held for those purposes and sent to the Employer you selected.
Conduct
Do not submit another person's details without permission, give misleading answers, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or disrupt it, harvest its content with automated tools, or use it to promote your own business. Applications that break this clause may be declined.
Ownership of site content
Everything on the site, including its wording, design, images and code, belongs to TalentEnvoy or is licensed to it. Viewing pages and printing a single copy for private use is permitted. Copying, mirroring, republishing, reverse engineering or basing another website on it is not. Your form answers remain yours, and you allow us to use them only to make your Referral.
Outside services
Waformly provides the form, WhatsApp provides messaging, and Cloudflare provides hosting and mail forwarding. Each operates under its own terms, and we cannot guarantee that they will be available at all times.
Restricted countries
Some countries are blocked from viewing the site, and their visitors see a notice instead. TalentEnvoy sets that list and may alter it at any time.
Interruptions
The site may sometimes be offline for maintenance, because of a provider fault, or through events we cannot control. We do not promise continuous availability.
Australian Consumer Law
These terms do not exclude, limit or change any guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation says cannot be excluded. Any clause that conflicts with such a right gives way to it, and the remaining clauses stay in force.
Liability
Subject to the clause above, TalentEnvoy is not liable for any Employer's hiring decisions or conduct, for wages that an Employer pays late or fails to pay, or for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings or lost opportunities. TalentEnvoy remains liable for its own acts.
Errors on the site
Let us know about any inaccurate or outdated information and it will be corrected.
Applicant commitments
You agree to answer truthfully, to be straightforward with Employers about your availability, and to update us if your contact details or circumstances change.
Events beyond control
Neither party is responsible for a failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, for example outages, government orders, bushfires or floods.
Unenforceable clauses
Should any clause be found unenforceable, it is removed and the rest of these terms continue to operate.
Delay in acting
A delay by TalentEnvoy in enforcing any clause does not stop us from enforcing it later.
Complete agreement
Together with the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Notice, these terms form the whole agreement between you and TalentEnvoy regarding the site.
Who may apply
The form is for adults living in Australia. By submitting it you confirm that both apply to you.
Governing law
The law of New South Wales, Australia governs these terms. Proceedings may also be brought in the courts of the Australian state or territory in which you live.
Formal notices and revisions
Formal notices should be emailed to careers@talentenvoy.com and take effect on the following business day. TalentEnvoy may revise these terms. The version displayed when you use the site applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
