Compliance and Risk Notice

Last updated: 24 September 2026

TalentEnvoy sets out here, for applicants, employers and ad platforms, the boundaries of its service and the risks worth weighing before accepting any work from home.

The service in one paragraph

TalentEnvoy describes roles provided by employers, takes applications from people living in Australia and sends each one to the employer of the chosen role. We do not hire, pay or supervise anyone. Any work arrangement exists between the applicant and the employer alone.

Where our income comes from

Employers pay TalentEnvoy to list roles and receive referrals. Applicants are never charged.

Promises we avoid

We make no promise of being hired, of a role still being open or of any particular earnings. We do not publish numbers of people placed, success percentages or ratings, since none of these could be verified. An advert showing figures of that type beside the TalentEnvoy name should be reported to us for correction.

Paying to work is a warning sign

Real employers do not ask new workers for money. Refuse any request for a bond, an equipment fee, a top-up, a credit purchase or a payment to unlock wages, whoever makes it, and forward the details to careers@talentenvoy.com.

Written confirmation comes first

Ask the employer for its legal name, the duties, the rate, the hours and the pay dates in writing before starting. A WhatsApp message is sufficient. An employer that refuses is a reason to step away and tell us.

The limits of our checks

TalentEnvoy is neither a regulator nor an auditor. We contact every employer directly before its role appears on the site, but we do not inspect premises, examine employers' accounts or oversee work once it starts. Roles that prove unsatisfactory are removed.

How roles are described

Descriptions come from the employer's own information. We do not invent pay rates, exaggerate duties or suggest a role is more secure than it is. Where a description and an advert conflict, the inaccurate one is corrected.

Information collected, briefly

The form asks for name, age, gender, nationality, city of residence, email, WhatsApp number, optional iMessage and RCS numbers, and phone type. These details reach the chosen employer and the providers named in the Privacy Policy, and are kept for twelve months from your last contact.

Measurement and blocking

Google Analytics (G-X238PXWDQ6) and Google Ads (AW-18113577218) measure visits and completed applications without receiving your name or contact numbers. Visits from certain countries are blocked using Cloudflare's country detection.

Adults and work rights

Only adults may apply. Confirming that an applicant may lawfully work in Australia is for the employer to do.

Equal treatment

Applications are forwarded to employers as they arrive. We do not screen people out because of gender, nationality or background; those questions are on the form because employers ask for them.

Reporting

Reports about adverts, messages or employers can go to careers@talentenvoy.com, ideally with a screenshot attached. Every report is read, investigated and answered by a person. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the Privacy Act 1988.
